1080 Consulting was founded in 2005 with a simple purpose: to add value and get things done. Over the past 20+ years we’ve worked with organisations and leaders across sectors, helping them navigate change, unlock potential and deliver outcomes that matter.
Our name reflects our ethos, making the challenging possible with the right blend of speed, control and judgement.
Prior to forming our business we had cut our teeth working for giants of the hospitality world (Whitbread PLC’s multiple brands; Laurel Pub Co; and Stonegate Inns) delivering transformative business change through processes and systems ahead of their time.

I’m a relationship-driven enterprise salesperson and project lead, skilled at refining propositions, building trust quickly, and navigating complex stakeholder environments. I don’t just shape the vision; I stay involved to ensure it’s delivered — coordinating the right people, managing progress, and making sure projects land successfully.

Ann Crozier
I help leaders and organisations navigate complex change with confidence.
I specialise in interim leadership, strategy definition and delivery, operational design and improvement, and executive coaching.
I have worked with various hospitality clients, such as The Restaurant Group, wagamama, and PizzaExpress to identify and prioritize business opportunities, improve performance, simplify processes, and maximize return on investment. I have applied the same skills in other industries including house building, wine buying, leisure photography, and more recently, criminal law.
I am passionate about learning, personal development, and constant improvement. I thrive on challenging situations and delivering the impossible.
As a qualified coach (with the highest level, ILM Level 7 Executive Coach pending), I combine deep commercial insight with a people-first approach, enabling leaders and teams to unlock their potential and thrive in times of change. I create the space and environments where transformation is not just implemented but embraced, ensuring sustainable success.
