Born out of our shared desire to add value and get things done, 1080 Consulting Ltd was incorporated in 2005.
Prior to that we had cut our teeth working for giants of the hospitality world (Whitbread PLC’s multiple brands; Laurel Pub Co; and Stonegate Inns) delivering transformative business change through processes and systems ahead of their time. We thrive on delivering impossible outcomes!

I have worked with various hospitality clients, such as The Restaurant Group, wagamama, and PizzaExpress to identify and prioritize business opportunities, improve performance, simplify processes, and maximize return on investment. I have applied the same skills in other industries including house building, wine buying, leisure photography, and more recently, criminal law.
